I recently discovered Jonny Lang, an awesome blues singer and guitarist, thanks to my friend Kristi. I've been listening to him on Pandora and it brings up all these other great musicians. Today when I was searching Ticketmaster, I came across this show playing on Friday March 9 in here in Nashville at the Center for Performing Arts. All the artists above, including Jonny Lang and Buddy Guy are going to be playing tribute to Jimmy Hendrix. Sounds amazing. I called Dad and asked him if he'd like to go with me. Hopefully it works out. Nothing like a Daddy/Daughter night with some good ole blues....
